Team Building Exercise.

I am planning to have session on team building/role/dynamics and in this egad I am planning to conduct an activity where trainees will be form3-4 group and each of them is asked to build a model with the help of Lego Blocks or Engineering set with model picture. Is it ok? It you could suggest any activity for the same ? Thanks.
