Listen to what the client has to say. If the client is correct, then nothing to do. If the client is incorrect, then explain why. The way in which you speak is very important. Some clients may be adamant they are correct. In those situations, there is not a lot you can do. I tend to find most clients are very reasonable.
Hi there,Tough client or humble client both should be treated with respect and sincerity.The client which tries to be intelligent should be explained the scenario in broader view but with kind gesture so that he can sum it up himself.For example if Client is standing on Loc B and and Wants to goto Loc C but route to B-C is not functioning. We would have to make him understand that first he would need to goto Loc D and then From Loc D come back to Loc C.So this can take number of interactions to increase but best CSE is one who knows how to handle every pissed off customer to easy going customers.
