Is "Management" included in secondary school courses, anywhere in the world? Because we do not have it here in Pakistan.

I'm not aware of it being taught anywhere, but maybe it should be!  Eventually most graduates will be expected to organize, fund or lead something.  Why shouldn't they learn the principles or practice some simple management exercises?

I think maybe these things are taught only in business school, and even then I would wonder how much, if any, they practice hands-on management.  Most managers learn the hard way.  The only big organization that teaches a lot of personnel management is the armed forces.  There was/is a program in Ontario, Canada, for leadership taught to athletes at a summer camp:  http://www.oelccaso.com/en_htm/oelchome.htm  http://www.campcouchiching.com/odc/default.asp?pid=4
