Few Things to understand-
1) No of people aspiring for job in Me is high compared to need.
2) ME people who heads the department & companies are not much concerned with quality, qualification of manpower need of company.
3) HR of the companies are not well structured and duly oriented as in India or other countries; need lots of change in department and mindset of people.
4) ME countries are local oriented presently and so, quality concern is further reduced.
5) Given all these, better to concentrate on your present job, develop strength and keep on trying than crying or going madly driven for it.
6) Rather then consultants, if approach to companies directly then chances be greater.
7) If you are really competent in your field then please tailor your resume mentioning key words and underlining these which were given in JD whether you have done that particular job or not. But be sure that given a chance you will be able to perform that job i.e., you know 'how' of it. Such CV will click better in case of consultant and company both. But you will need to be sure about you -No feckness.
