Customer service is an essential part of any successful business, and it's very important in supply chain and logistics because it's the source of customer information. When customer service provides the proper level of service to meet the customer satisfactions, it can lead directly to increased sales, market share and profit growth. Also it plays a critical role in maintaining the customer base. It provides the customer with real-time information on  product availability and  distribution operations.

Totally agree with the statement. Clear communication between the peoples, update informations and respectable way to deal the customers are key to a successfull business.
