If my colleagues gripe I try to help them solve their issues.

When working in hospitality it is important that guests get a warmly welcome and not a sour and pouting one.

Working alongside a colleague who is griping can be tiring so I rather they solve their issues or try to put them aside during their work.

When you say all the time , that mean it's a habit in this person , if can't change this behavior I will try to ignore it .

Griping all the time? Griping is an annoying form of complaining + doing it all the time is even more aggravating.

People who gripe too often, all the time & about everything are mostly negative people (with an unvoiced, unattended to or undefined problem). They mostly have more time (or all of it!) devoted to complaints but not to solving the core of their problems. I’m always up for a solution-oriented empathic listening-session, but I hate vicious circles & unfounded nagging.

Negative energy is contagious; I like to keep it away and I mostly succeed in keeping it away by two things: ignorance of others' negativism + imposing my positivism.

Well, it's one of the most annoying situations! People who are constantly nagging, are selfish and they want the whole world to stop and try to solve their problem. Even if someone will succeed that, then they will be not happy but miserable because misery is feeding them! With the absolute melancholy and devastation they are the center of attention and thus people are feeling pity for them! So you can't really cope with these people, the only thing you can do, is to keep them as far as you possibly can!

Because we are human beings and not angels, we feel anguished feelings are different, but it is important that it does not affect us and our lives, and should contain everyone and dissemination of positive energy always

We live in such a blaming suspicious society which seeks to make everyone else responsible but ourselves.  What a sad lot we are indeed.
