The first and formost thing for a team leader is to "believe in his Team Members". Take regular team meetings, crack jokes, appreciate team members for their performance, feedbacks and coaching, take one on one sessions, make them understand the do and don'ts and as I says "work with them" these factors will defintly influence a team.
To be be agood team leader1st you have to know all your group history. Everytime communucate to your team make weekly or monthly meeting and discuss all issue.. Give solutions about the problem of the team,.
To be productive always updated and complete all the requirments needed with the project..
Influential member of team work= Coordinate with them and accept responsibility
Productive level= Clear objective and maintain focus (this is the most difficult part)
Team work lead= Clear thoughts as a leader who knows where to go and how to go
