What I understand from your question is how do you keep a good relation with your boss. It is simple- do what you are expected to do. And always have a smiling face. Every boss wants a subbordinate who is sincere and hardworking.
Very simple answer:
Always say "YES " to your boss even if he is wrong. Give him more respect and always listen to him. If he wants more work from you do it and don't make any argue with him. Don't make complaints to any one above him and don't speak against him to anyone. If he is very strict just face him with smiling face and don't mind if he shout on you and continue give him respect and say " YES SIR YES SIR" SORRY SIR OK SIR” the more he thinks you are a nice worker & following well then with time he will start liking you and he will give you more importance compare to others who not showing respect to him. One day you will see he will do for you whatever you want from him because you absorb him and now time to get benefits. Thanks for reading.
