What type of people do you find it difficult to work with?

With liar people.

• Two-faced people,
• People who are prone to lie,
• People who use other people's ideas, presenting them as if they were their own,
• People who bring their personal problems to work and create a bad work atmosphere with their own frustrations.

I can handle many traits of people as long as they don’t include these:

1. Envious people (a hidden & sneaky emotion by nature)
2. Multi-faced people: those who never say what they mean or mean what they say & stand for nothing of substance or importance.
3. "Ignorant by choice" people (especially when pretending to be smart while overly stupid + lacking any form of curiosity)

At any workplace you will get that one person you dislike or refuse to work with.

Dishonest, manipulative controllers and arrogant are the most difficult to deal with.

The ones who say much and do little 

I don't like despotic, bad-mannered and humourless people. I think the key to a normal and profitable atmosphere in any kind of job is to be sure that you're going to be respected a a human being and to release all your charismas. So these people don't allow the personalities to flourish and hence they underminig any effort.  

With people who plays politics in work environment and try to break the unity of a team.

People that are not ambitious in their work and are there just for a paycheck,

People that dont ask questions if they dont understand their job description.

People that are not adaptable to others and do stuff their own way 

For me the most important thing is cooperative attitude, those who are not cooperative are difficult to work with.

People who have no curiousity drive me nuts!  "Useless" people I can find a purpose for, but well-meaning, energetic people who charge in doing things without ever thinking about anything: customer, bottom-line, profit, utility of their actions - watch out!
