Entrepreneurs are self-taught people in the business, therefore may cause a threat to your business in terms of the clientele database. But on the other hand, are very good to employ because they have mastered the 'art' of harsh business and through proper 'People Management' skills are able to turn a business round if they have the passion for it. To hire a good entrepreneur, is when one has studied the path of the person and if that person has had a good career change.
