N Knowledge management and its role in the development and preparation of administrative leaders, is among the most important issues sought by most of society, whether public or private sector, in order to provide a great advantage to enable them to compete and achieve excellence center of the economy of my knowledge globalized, and perhaps lies the challenge at this juncture availability national intellectual capital.
Therefore, this paper is trying to focus primarily on a review of the most important challenges of cognitive informational economy in the digital era, which requires in turn the need for attention to the development of capital, the national knowledge in order to improve corporate performance, with foreseeing a future vision for the possibility of applying knowledge management software for the preparation and development of an efficient and effective administrative leadership contributes the lifting of the level of institutional performance, which of course will be reflected on the national economy.
