High staff turnover shows that organizational policy does not work properly or somehow any problems (Staff conflict, poor salary, inefficient management, sales downward etc.). I do not agree with you how15% turnover rate acceptable to you. We found in different research and consult with expert, they told us5% staff turnover is tolerable. We have high turnover before02 years ago and we lost potential staff for that reasons we reviewed salary matrix. Now it is below5%.
