Yes, formally twice a day, at the morning briefing first and then at the end of the day when we evaluate the sales team progress. Now, depending on the business operation the communication chanel is open to offer the sales team the best strategy.

Yes. I update my team for their sales target,everyday and weekly. We devided our monthly target to the number of working days and that was our daily sales target and at the end of the week I update them what supposed to be the projection by end of the month. That was routine in my sales team so that they will know how and what they will do to reach thier monthly target.
