Formal mutual agreement on the product / service details and commercial terms conditions agreed upon.

Acknowledgement for the receipt of the agreement and it's acceptance.

Prepare the action plan for it's execution and share the same formally internally and with the customer. Pre-inspection of the site if required and formal inputs on the site readiness.

Be involved at all stages for delivery, execution and payment collection.

Post this transaction, Keep the customer engaged by regular contacts and sharing information of their interest on new business developments.
