Business ethics has both normative and descriptive dimensions. As a corporate practice and a career specialization, the field is primarily normative. Academics attempting to understand business behavior employ descriptive methods. The range and quantity of business ethical issues reflects the interaction of profit-maximizing behavior with non-economic concerns.

2. Discontinuing of business.

3. Joined effort by a group of companies or syndicate or organisation or committe to bar the enterprise.

 

Penalties which may be faced by the unethical organisation by default would be

1. Distrust. leading to lesser transactions

2. Lowered business leading to loss of revenue

3. Bad publicity leading to Bad brand name

4. No pre deliveries without security deposit.
