It depends really. If there are valid reasons behind the negative attitude, I will take them into consideration and turn things around if I can. If the employee’s negative attitude is based on nothing, I will ignore it and try to contain it so it wouldn't influence other employees.
ALWAYS take the negative and turn it into positive. It kills the negativity :)
Every office has a least one: that employee who has nothing but negative things to say about the company, management and co-workers. It might seem like a good idea to just ignore the grumblers, but their negative comments can affect other employees. It’s important to get to the root of the problem before the grumblers destroy morale.
Never Cared :)
I will not react and say "it is consider for the review".
With punishment for sure.
As I learned from my leaders, To be a leader respect all and judge only at work.
And I've learned a long time ago " Be the punisher all the time and the rewarder less time "
if an employee do so i am going to just smile at his/her face and give him/her time to realize.
I don't know about the working conditions for the people in Bayt because they come from many countries but I must speak as a Greek employee. When I was working I had plenty of reasons to feel underestimated. First of all, in most cases I didn't have a "list of duties" for the job I was hired and so I was assigned many different ones. Then, I didn't know when I was going to receive my payment, in most cases it was delayed. Many employers also delayed their payment to the social security services for some months. So, with all these I'm trying to say that some times employees are justified if they express a negative statement about their employer. The reality isn't always peachy!
WHEN WE ARE POSITIVE THERE WIL BE NO QUESTION OF NEGATIVE, AND IF THEY DO SUCH I COULD HANDLE THEM AND KNPW WHT EXACTLY IT IS
well you need to sit down with them and find out the reasons behind the statements and solve them in a friendly matter, if your close to your staff and you work with them you will eliminate this situations.
