Leadership is making people fear you but love you though, i believe that's what respect is all about.
I would say that i am more an affiliative leader who works to create emotional bonds that bring a feeling of bonding and belonging to the organization, as well as an coaching leader who develops people for the future. The affiliative style works best in times of stress, when teammates need to heal from a trauma, or when the team needs to rebuild trust, and the coaching style works when the leader wants to help teammates build lasting personal strengths that make them more successful overall.
My leadership style is Democratic leader.
Democratic leader make the final decisions, but they include team members in the decision-making process. They encourage creativity, and people are often highly engaged in projects and decisions. As a result, team members tend to have high job satisfaction and high productivity. This is not always an effective style to use, though, when you need to make a quick decision.
Leadership...!The word suggests motivation, influence, dedication and respect.
My way is to communicate properly, help accordingly, respect and be respected.
The average Joe, with sound technical knowledge, and a blended team member as well as the Leader.
A leadership style is a leader's style of providing direction, implementing plans, and motivating people. There are many different leadership styles that can be exhibited by leaders in the political, business or other fields.
I LOVE TO PLAY THE ROLE OF FOOTBALL CAPTAIN,,, RUNNING WITH THE TEAM.
the leader should have the quality to keep everyone united, should have the ability to lead from the front, should be agressive, should have logical and creative thhhinking.
Leadership is the right decision at the right time. People need to know what you are capable of, follow you - but still give you input and their own suggestions. People trust a good Leader for their decisions.

I like leadership by example. To do so, I usually try to assume the front position, not withholding from up rolling up my sleeves. In my experience this establishes natural authority with the preferred kind of "crowd" that I like to lead.
Another leadership style that I very much value in others is leadership by "value proposition" as opposed to "value imposition".
