Writers can get ideas from the surrounding events around them. They can have just a simple talk with somebody and then change it into an article .

the way I do it is simply from new knowledge I acquire then write about it, to share this new knowledge i fond, it might be old, or new, but for sure i would find it interesting for readers, otherwise tackle only a segment of readers and won't change from them.

For me, I just keep the idea frying inside my brain. I ask questions, try to get new ideas from my surroundings and share it with my near and dear ones for finding out something out of the box. Even once an idea crossed my mind when I saw a biil board which saved my back at that time.

Keep an eye out for domestic news, attempt to tie different stories together through reasoning and research. Try to write about something that is relevant to your local environement; this could be done by keeping yourself updated with the current local events and news items. Dont be afraid of challenging and poking questions at customery or traditional norms of conduct. And finally; remember that articulating your thoughts on paper takes is only5% of the writing effort,95% is the creation and maturation of the idea within your head through research and reading.
