I would suggest that they provide a friendly atmosphere where everyone should be treated equally regardless of age, gender and nationality. Being nice and friendly to people will also make yourself feel good. The employees will automatically be motivated to work just by the way you treat them. Even just a smile will make things better for everyone. A smile cost nothing. :-)

I completely agree with Ayisha. The managers must have a polite attitude towards employees and they all must be treated with respect. They must recognise their efforts and maybe in order to create a "warm" atmosphere in the office, management should organise some dinner parties or gatherings so the employees could socialize outside office and maybe some friendships should be created. It's not a very difficult thing to do if you have a perspective to do that.

Provide them with a fun and comfortable work environment. Communicate with them. Be transparent, and involve them in the organizations long-term vision.

Employee is the most vital resource for the organization to run an effective business. Employees may feel alienation because of different reasons. They might think that they are being treated unjustly at workplace, they are being ignored, they are being considered poor performer, or there may be something about the organization which compels the employee to think indifferently. Whatever the reason for this thinking may be, it negatively affects the productivity of employees.

Advice to these organizations: This is a critical matter and organization needs to take remedial measure. Org: can circulate questionnaires / survey forms internally to get to know about these kinds of issues, and upon noticing such problems, immediately should solve them, by knowing the concerns of the employees.

I agb with all my colleagues & I like their answers but in the reality these companies/organizations lose money & experts & market share even reputation. I talk to every manager/owner that every silent & angery employee is only work to survive....he does only his job>>>>no creativity or innvoation>>>>& in the right time he will quit to another job.

Angrey people will consume your time & money unless you feel them that they are important & they need to satisfy their needs.

I would NOT work with or for such organization! Employees need to know that they are appreciated, as well they need to know when they did something wrong to be guided, and that their opinion matters!
