Reference and CV checks and the application form are the golden triangle of selecting candidates despite their weakness to predict the candidate's future performance at work. What is your opinion?

The Application form does not show how skilled a candidate is, or how his performance at work is. The application form can be easily ghostwritten.
An telephone/interview + assessment center would be ideal, after the CV checks.
Good CV format shows that how you prepare for this job? It increases chance for getting the job and next reference.
C.V is the face, reference is the make up and the over all the way you perform in the interview is the right tact to get a job..... do yo think it is finshed, no my dear, they will evaluate you with your skill and performance, once they are convinced, you are permenant.... so prepare the first steps of best c.v and the best reference....... the rest all is with you.......
