 Depending on the position that im recruiting i create my interview strategy (for staff line or managers) i personaly prefer to introduce behavioral dercription questions in the first part of an interview related to activity, experience, follow up by self evaluation questions.Each idividual is unique, so no2 interviews are the same!

Agree. Structured interviewing is when you have a set of questions for that particular position and role that you intend to ask to understand skillsets. But to understand personality, behavioural traits, reaction to situations etc, one needs to be skilled enough to ask unstructured questions, the type that bring out his thinking process. Both are needed to make a balanced opinion on his personality.
