If you are reffering to work attitude, teachers are the ones that see how student is responding to authority, how student is acting when he is on his own, showing his true personality. At home, he can be a doll, listening to parents, but at school he/she can be a little monster. School is closer to work as enviroment.

I guess parents know better. But both parents and teachers can be surprised at some point.

A better option, friends.

That would be the same as if you would ask who is better acquainted with the science about the mineral structure, cardiologist or geologist. My answer to your question would be “The one who spends more time with students, ofcourse a teacher“.

I guess both of them are completing each other, parents at home are focousing in some actions, while teachers are focousing on same or different actions.

And they tell the teachers about what had happened in order to let them know the nature of the student they deal with and to change or keep the way by which they deal the students with.

By the same way from the teachers to the parents.

The caring eye of the parents at school is the teachers and the caring eye of the teachers at home is the parents.

Children's attitude varies from place to place because they experience different response at each place. Most of the children develop their attitude accordingly. So teachers can be aware of the children only at school and parents at home.

That's why a close co-ordination and interaction is essential between parents and teachers for the progress of a child.
