Yes I’m agree .

He need & asking for an opportunity there is nothing wrong in it, Because It’s true & fact. If I’m the one who takes decision I really appreciate him & also provide an opportunity if he is relevant to job.

We disagree with the same , If its during or regarding salary negotiation   .

Strongly disagree Mr. Zafar,

Every interview question is an attempt to gather information to inform this hiring decision.  Many interviewers will also specifically ask you to make your case with these questions

To close the deal on a job offer, you MUST be prepared with a concise summary of the top reasons to choose you. Even if your interviewer doesn’t these question in so many words, you should have an answer prepared and be looking for ways to communicate your top reasons throughout the interview process.

Too bad answer, because these kind of persons don't search for success, they search for putting another job in their C.Vs.

There is a big difference between them.

Haha I would be very surprised if anyone landed a job with that answer!

That question is designed to give applicants a chance to summarise their best attributes which differentiate them from everyone else and make them the perfect candidate for the position. Being jobless does not satisfy either objectives, but rather raises the question of 'why is this applicant jobless?'

Good Day Zafar....... The question only covers those interviewees who doesn't have jobs. Even if this would be the situation, the answer is useless to get a job.

Almost all interviewers/companies don't believe in charity because its a matter of business and profession. So this answer will not satisfy their need of hiring a good candidate.

Yeah, there are people who have a soft corner for needy persons. They might give anybody a preference if his profile suits the job
