Evaluation : visit of the commercial to understand the project and the needs of the customer (tecnical diagnostic)
Recommendation : cost estimates, proposal with alternatives (products, services)
Acceptation : signature of the contract, precise specifications
Planification : anticipating with team selection, delay of delivery phase of work
Supervision : permanent control at each phase until the receipt
Generall it works for decoration projects and create a confidence climate between providers, commercials, tecnicals, logistic, and the most important are customers who get fidelised and contribute to success.

The main challenge in global project management is effective communications due to issues such as different time zones, different languages, and different cultures. Project managers in such situations use assistants to handle such issues if present. Another major issue is involving all team members in the planning phase which decreases the effectivness of the plan if not addressed. A third issu is the differences in business processes and this is a very tricky issue and I learned that a project manager either ask for re-engineering the subject processes before launching the project or accept what is being offered based on the overall benefits. The last issue is risk and change management. These issues are very much dependent on the local cultures and usually handles by the local project manager's assistants.
1) Provide strong local support for establishing the suitable infrastructure and resources for the project.
2) Provide and ensure that the global company adopts the systems, procedures, laws and regulations of the host country.
3) Top priority to Stakeholder management as the project is being undertaken in a foreign land.
4) Effective Communication management considering, language, time zones and cultural differences.
5) To appreciate, accept and adopt to the culture, religious beliefs, sentiments and community practices being followed in the host country.
6) Top emphasis on Team Building and working with Virtual Teams as best possible.
