There sides of thsi coin one is keeping the participants interested in the topic being the trainer and challenge is to keep subject attractive for the trainees by having the content precise and ahve inside out knowledge about teh entire subject.
Other is attracting the right audience for the session as usually operstions trainings involve in depth subject understanding for the participants to know why, they must listen and how it would help them polish their skills
