With all the blogs, sites etc, how do you keep up with all the readings in your fields?

Usually I start reading the scholar journals through the university database. There are a lot of trends in Accounting. So reading journals like American Accounting Association journals, gives me the opprtunities to know what are these trends. After that, I search these trends online to find more resources.
