This is a detail process; well I’ll try to define it in bullet terms;

a)      HR planning

b)      Advertisement.

c)       CV screening

d)      CV short listing.

e)      Interview process [initial and panel]

f)       Medical test.

g)      Conditional offer.

h)      Documentation phase.

i)        Joining and allied activities.

In the ITES Bpo sector attitude is more important than degrees. In the intervew the intervew wants the  candidate to be of normal intelligence but should be badly in meed for the job.

  • That during the training process when the company is not earning anything from the candidate he/she should be agreeable to give12 /13 hours a day study seven day  a week .
  • So that even an arts graduate can work like a tech graduate.
  • The critical period is when they hit the production floor.
  • Even if30% survive the graveyard shift for1 year the recruitment process is a success.
