Why would you need to do that? Exhosted manpower negatively impact performance.
You may do that to handle emerency situations and staff will accept it if they were satisfied. If you usually look after satifaction of your staff they will back you up in such cases and that will be for the benefit of all.
Give them incentives according to their work. It's just like that.
