On paper the QMS is up to mark means 100% (with all certificates) OK but on actual ground the implementation of systems lies between 40 to 70 %.

Shall we see only the positive side plus is it ok for any organisation to grow?

Quality systems are for continual improvement. Audits are based on the samples based on which certificates are issued.

Ground reality can be seen thru process rejections, customer complaints, Break downs etc.

Industry can sustain only thru elimination of wastes & rework/rejections.

Frequent audits & continual improvemnt of all the process is the only way an industry can grow
