Hi Ghada,

Definitely not related.

B2B is value based, so it’s not cost plus a margin, it’s the situation and the objectives of your customer, for example,

What happens if they didn’t go for your solution now, what are the impacts financially, and what is the alternative and how much does it cost?

Is there a compelling event behind the need, is it associated with timelines.

As a role of thumb, business organizations -regardless of the size- will not be open to investing USD 100K to address a situation that cost them 10k!

It’s the value, the ROI, the business plans, and the cost of alternatives that sets your price to win.

Good Luck!
