Change is the second skin of humans. If we didn't change then we would have been extinct from the face of the planet. Of course, change is not always wellcomed because many times is for the worst. But as humans we must understand that we have to be prepared to make other plans or pursue a different life. I try to be open minded, to be informed via television, newspapers, internet about the latest news, I read as much as I can and in general I'm not negative in the idea that maybe someday my life would be different.

Everything happens for a reason " this is the first quote I've heared since I was young.

I was very angey in the past after every fall down I faced, BUT

I discovered that every fall down in the past equals one trait of your whole personality right now and in the future.

I can say you have to prepare yourself well for the future by focousing on the past, but get away from the dark sides in the past because it may affect you badly in the future.

There is one important characteristic of preparation that you must understand: it takes time. You can’t prepare for something big overnight. In fact, bigger opportunities require bigger preparation.

That’s why it’s important that you prepare for future opportunities. Don’t wait until they come before you start preparing for them. It would have been too late by then. Prepare yourself early and you will be ready by the time they come.

Three Ways to Prepare Yourself

  1. Be curious

  2. Educate yourself

  3. Build an “opportunity fund”

My role is to participate in making the future through making strategies to achieve our visions, the tactical plans to implement those strategies, and monitoring progress (internal and external) to modify strategies and plans as and when required. Like everybody else in the field, I experienced various degress of success and learned from them to refine future incedents.

I prepare for the future by:

  1. Learning from the past (even if by often revisiting it, I don’t mind this at all)
  2. Enjoying the present (while working hard to enjoy it deservedly)
  3. Visualizing the future as I want it to be (it all starts with a dream)

While being constantly interrupted by passionate learning!

1. Stay informed.

To anticipate future opportunities, you need to stay informed about what’s going on within the fields you are interested in. You can then keep an eye on things that are interesting and, if the time is right, invest your resources in them.

2. Build your platform.

We live in a noisy world and it has become increasingly difficult to get people’s attention. For that reason, it’s essential that you have a platform, a place where you can connect with an audience who trusts you. That’s how you get the attention you need for your ideas or products

3. Allocate time to learn.

When something catches your attention, allocate time to learn more about it, even if you don’t plan to do anything about it soon. If you allocate regular time for it, your skills will grow over time. By the time you decide to act, you will already have something to start with. You will be able to act fast.

Continuous education is one of the basic characters of a successful professional, which makes him or her ready for the change and can embrace the future challenges  with confidence. While accquiring new skills and knowledge a professional must take full advantage of the lessons learned through his career life.

Briefly I would say: Read and Learn from the Past what you can use appropriately in Today (Present), in order to Plan and Make the Best Decision for/in the Future !

Change is indeed a law of life. We need to adapt to changes whether we like it or not.

Nothing new can start without letting the old go

In just a simple way :

I do note down mistakes daily in my personal notebook and take care not to repeat in future  as what I beilive is that FUTURE IS WHAT, HOW MUCH I CAN PREVENT MYSELF FOR REPEATATION OF MY OWN MISTAKES AS WELL WHAT OTHERS MADE WITH ME !!

Very rightly said, change is a law of life but right change will give way to life. For a person to get prepare for future, he should always bring change but bringing change is not only the way out. Person should take the experiences of past and analyse present performance and based on that work towards better future.

There are different types of change. The best change is the behavioural change and if can do that change then all other changes are easy to do.

Change to excel :)
