اعتقد ان ادخال البيانات من تخصصات الأكسس والإكسل ولكن هل يوجد برامج اخرى لإدخالالبيانات غيرها؟؟

تعرف برامج ادخال البيانات بالبرامج التي يوجد بها واجهة للتعامل بصورة اسهل واسرع للمساعدة في ادخال البيانات وتحويلها من ورقية الى معلوماتية يسهل الوصول إليها عند الحاجة مستقبلاً ومنها الـ Word و Excel وAccess من مجموعة Microsoft Office لكن هناك برامج أخرى خاصة بمجالات شركات مختلفة فهناك برامج خاصة بالمعاملات الحسابية وهناك برامج للشركات التي تتعامل في مجال البيع والتجارة والاستهلاكية مثل برامج Fujitsu فهي الأكبر والأكثر تقنية في إدخال البيانات وعمل قاعدة بيانات كبيرة سهلة التعامل وحفظ البيانات للرجوع إليها لاحقاً وكل مجال يوجد به مثل تلك البرامج.

اعتقد ان ادارة ادخال البيانات بالاخص قسم الفواتير من اهم الاقسام الموجوده بالمنشأه او المنظمه ويوجد هناك اكثر من برنامج لادخال البانات منها سيجمانت و اسكون التابعه لاوراكل وغيرها من البرامج

الاكسل هو في الواقع يسمى سبريدشيت وهو بدون سعر في كل مكان ولكن ميكروسوفت اضافة ادوات كثيره لاستفادات كبيره على سبيل المثال يوجد دوال رياضيه كثيره تستخدم لحسابات معقده ويمكن ان يعطيك دلالات بيانيه تفهم منها كل حاجه بنظره واحده ولــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــكن

في الغالب نحن لا نستفيد بكل هذه الادوات لهذا فليه تدفع كتير في شيء بدال ممتدفعش خالص

المصادر المفتوحه هي برامج في منتهى القوى والان ايضا نظم عمليات ( مثل الويندوز) خطيره ببلاش (مثال ابنتو ويوجد غيره الكثير ) لاحظ المصادر المفتوحه يشترك في صناعتها الدنيا كلها وليس شركه واحده

اما الاكسيس فتوجد قواعد بيانات لاحصر لها عايز منها ببلاش بس عايزه شوية تعليم ( ماي سيكول ) وربما تساعدك ماي سيكول في فهم قواعد البيانات الكبرى مثل اوراكل وميكروسوفت اس كيو ال ( وطبعا دول مش ببلاش خــــــــــــــــــــــــــالص)

برامج الأوفيس لا غنى عنها

و لكن إدخال البيانات له العديد من البرامج نذكر منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر

1-(Compact information system (SQL SERVER) و هو مخصص للمخازن و الحسابات

2-ِِAxapta2003  و هو مخصص للمنشآت الصناعية و أداة للربط بين جميع الإدارات

3- Porrini sys و هو يعمل في جميع المشآت و أداه للربط بين جميع الإدارات و الرقابة عليها أيضا

4- Oracle

الاكسس و (برنامج قواعد بيانات بسيطة) و الاكسيل ( برنامج جداول حسابية) من برامج اوفيس الضرورية للاعمال المكتبية ........ اما برامج قواعد البيانات منها الاكثر تعقيدا مثل sql  و اوراكل
