05. Team speed depends upon your speed, so you should make yourself as a active team member and directly work with your team.
06. Be initiative and develop your innovation skill.
07. Discuss and share everything with your team member. Take their opinion for solving any problem.
More than any skill, Manger should have a "Common sense", which help him/her to understand the situations, peoples feelings & aspirations realistically.
