There's a fight between experience and brightness in sales. Who would you bet on? and why?

 It depends on the commodity or service that we sell or offer.

If you sell industrial machines or construction equipment, I will bet on experience because selling these kinds of products need sufficient knowledge and experience in techmical matters.

on the other hand, 

if you sell common goods which does not need technical background but rather need ability to effectively use sales techniques and methods to outsmart your competitors, then I will bet on brightness.

If I have an effective sales and slaes evaluation processes in place, I will bet on experience. Otherwise, I will bet on vrightness.
