Focus on Team Building using some of the following techniques :

1)  Colocation (War Room).

2) Working with Virtual Teams. 

3) Weekly or monthly Get-together Partys for different Cultural Groups.

4) Organising Training, Seminars in countires from where the Teams belong.

5) Sponsoring of language learning classes to team members for better communication.
