Hello,

Despite the ERPs used by the accountants and financial managers, they most use daily the Microsoft Excel for data calculation.

They also need

-Microsoft Access  for database purpose

-Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations

-MS Word - mostly for procedures and regulations

Answer of this question is so simple in narrow vision

that is ofcourse  "Ms Excel"

but its true answer is all of them(exculding Ms Access)

because If a finance manager use Ms excel then at the same time he must need ms word for interpetation  and equally need Ms power point for present his findings.
