I don't know if eventually, the only thing that matters on getting a job is to meet personally with the employer and have a face-to-face interview with him/her. My personal estimation so far, thought I've send many applications both my country and abroad, is that I don't have an answer. I don't know if the advertised positions are fake or they have too much applications so mine is "lost" or they prefer the candidates from their own country or my qualifications just won't do. So, I don't know what is the reason but I do know that I don't have a result. It's a joke though that even though we live in a highy tech century, I don't know anyone who got a job through the internet!

effectiveness means input v/s output.while searching online jobs we have a lot of job offers..but many are fake ones also...beside this apply to many jobs.but no answer....its jst a silence there.output is much less than input..so it is not much effective.
