At prompt we feel tons of burden as we listen this, what kind of human behavior is this ? Do we forget the values of humanity what almighty suggest us? Do we not play with hopes of that person ? Have we ever helped a person for getting a job ?
We only can do so much ... we can put a good word in with the hiring magmet , we can send them job posts, we can give them good references ... we can help writing resumes and cover letters, but at the end the person got to do his own part and go with his/her best effort after that job. No one can expect out of you/me to give some one a job unless I am the boss and than we have to look at the ethical part too.
It has been prooven that nepotism can be a disaster.
Every manager need the best, why not to try to be the best, you can show yourself by your study, information and work behavior. Them you will take the work you chose not to be chosen.
Job is an out come of ones need for service and ones readiness to serve. Only way we can help is to let the beneficiary aware of the opportunity exists or providing such information. The process is automatic in larger sense in which any single individual has limits to help substantially.
I will help you as much as I can. How many times did you find yourself in the position of wanting to help someone but you couldn't.
I suggest that you start by helping your self by putiing a plan to continuously improve your skills, execute the plan and monitor performance. You might be doing that already. So, what about accepting available jobs as an intereim step until you get the job you need.
