Being an Electrical Engineer living in Dubai, U.A.E. I admire the Facade treatment lighting of Burj Al Arab as compared to Burj al Khalifa. The facade lighting of Burj Al Khalifa is "patchy" - the uniformity is missing. While Burj Al Arab 's lighting further illuminates the architectural concept of the building - resembling a ship sail emerging from sea. I will be deviating from the question but in term of lighting one has to see "Meydan Bridge".
