I will start with a set patern as this is the standard. I will thereafter try new ideas as training can some times become boaring especially with repetitive training. Why? This will make it more exciting for both the trainer and audience.

i prefare to try new ideas because you have to be up to date cause if you teach your students in a traditional way or you use one way of teaching something it may lead your student to be bored of your secions and they wo'nt like your way again so you have to be up to date and try new ideas every secion you theach them

I wouldn't do that for very obvious reasons.It creates monotony in the teaching/learning process.It demotivates the learners and presents them with no challenge at all.It retards my development in as far as professional progression is concerned.
