No. I think I cannot consider it as bullying. We may be playful or sometimes comes to the point of trashtalks but it is a part of our camaraderie, in a weird way. We are mature enough to keep our attitudes in check and has unspoken agreement of not crossing the line.
In any event that a legitimate bullying arise, It will be reported to our company's Ethics Committee.
I'm still being bullied at work, but I can stand on my feet.
I considered it as a battle and I'll fight with honesty and ethics.
I'm bigger than my excuses.
No, not yet, but who knows..............hahahha
Key for successful career is honesty, integrity and Transparency for mutual growth.
I was bullied at the law office I was working for about2 years. The behaviour of the lawyer and his daughter (the owners) was unacceptable, they were rude, they were always downgrading me and when I asked the reason he said "I was doing all that because I wanted you to leave the office by yourself"!! The result is that I left ofcourse because I couldn't face this behaviour any more and without any compensation (that was his main goal, not to have to pay it, if I left and not dismiss me). I believe the worst situation you can face in a work environment is the psycological harassment, you simply can't deal with it!!
