In my point of view I'd like to summarize the reasons in the following .....

The rhythm of life has become faster and we are trying to catch up with this rapid development around us.

The dialogue of civilizations and cultural diversity creates a kind of faith that we are able to change for the better, so we believe that we can find something else better if it's not a great fit right away.

The development in the field of communications and networking creates  more opportunities and more facilities in our new job search, and creates a need for developing your life personally and professionally.

Because these days we find a lot of opportunities for our better future, and these days also when the people fine a stable and satisfied job they also fix it for the rest of life.

For me i look to it this way people change job because they are not satisfied.

It's different from one to another some for salary others for safety or benefits etc.

But bottom line changing to much isn't healthy and staying to long isn't good either balance is needed.

Exploitation of the masses is very common these days, so people get away so as to change for better chances with less exploitation

I think because there was not that market competition. Business was not like today. I mean not there is no space to move from job to another. Also, salary and benefits were almost the same so why should I change for pennies. Before that jobs were secured. One feels secured while now there is no job security so everyone is looking for another job before being laid off or business closes

Employees who do not stay in a job for long is dissatisfied with their work.  Or, they could also have personality problem - they get bored easily.
