To encourage people to take more responsibility for their work, providing them with the necessary skills and resources to do their job, in fact Preparation of environment that makes it easy for them to change, and to help them take responsibility for their decisions and actions You can do this by:Ensure adequate resources.Communicate roles and responsibilities and objectives.Re-engage them.Helping them to control.Avoid partial.Give praise.

well for me just be true to there self. Do things that make them happy and think of the circumstances that gives them risk or problem in the future, be what they are and just enjoy thae time that passing by.Accept the responsibility that ocuurs in you because what ever it is still theres a reason and a solution for that.
