Without sacrificing any performance goals, I believe that workforce & supplier diversity are winning strategies.

Diversity as a strategy uncovers differences among the groups and helps identifying ways to appeal to a broader set of employees, customers and multicultural markets, rather than attempting to eliminate discrimination by deliberately ignoring differences among different groups. It represents a significant philosophical shift – from a long tradition of minimizing differences to amplify them and to seizing on the business opportunities they present.

Diversity is an untapped business resource and any effort to address it is chance to make difference and eliminate some of the roadblocks faced by some in their career.

It's an intellegent method to be applied.

Every organization has a scale of efficiency, sometimes the work goes on with no problems and other times has problems.

In times that supplier couldn't provide me what I need due to any reason. My work will be affected badly, because in that case I depend on one supplier.

The image will change if I have multible suppliers.

This is business and there is no kidding in that.
