2. Activate all inactive positive works as staff meeting, suggestion program and strategic meeting, program review meeting.

3. Staff engagement as picnic.

4. Introduce team work.

5. Training on office etiquettes

6. Strategic recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management and organizational development programs.
