History of high BP,clinical manifestation of headache & facial droop shows that the patient may have stroke.

Patient might be suffering from a stroke.  Re-assess by checking if the patient can lift both arms, or talk.  A person who's having stroke will have facial assymetry, weakness or paralysis in the affected limb and slugish speech.  Immediate medical assistance is needed.
