The patient may get the chance of stroke
History of high BP,clinical manifestation of headache & facial droop shows that the patient may have stroke.
Patient might be suffering from a stroke. Re-assess by checking if the patient can lift both arms, or talk. A person who's having stroke will have facial assymetry, weakness or paralysis in the affected limb and slugish speech. Immediate medical assistance is needed.

THE SYMTOMS ARE OF STROKE/CVA.
High possibility of stroke , must be assesed by neurosurgeon.
Patient must be got stroke. Immediately reassesment to be done,neuroassessment.

Cranial CT scan is suggested to diagnose CVA and to categorize if it is Ischemic or Hemorrhagic CVA.
