Many a time we see that the person becomes successful gradually due to his experiences on the way. But people prefer intelligence, so what does matters the most, experience or intelligence.
This is like the question "what came first the chicken or the egg"... yes preferably you need to have both.
Experience comes with they years of doing the same or being in a similar job. The question is, does that make a person intelligent? I do not think so!
So the requestion remains what does one make intelligent? School ... books ... ?
For me it is most important that a person knows how to solve a problem, implements it and exicutes it successfully ... you do not have to be experienced or intelligent to do this .Some of us have natural tallents and others do not and some need the combination of intelligent and experience.
Possessing the ability to do take the right action at the right time to assure success is the key.
Both are important
But if you have to choose one of them choose intelligence .
Intelligent person will get the experince much faster than others .
So after some time you will have an inteligent person with experience
They are complementary!
the most important is being competent & loyal to your company
competent means you will always do your best even if you are lake experience or intelligence you will do your best for the benefit of your company by asking experties then you will have to take the decision
Intelligence gives power to adapt to new situations, i.e. to properly assess, decide and act in order to solve a new and previously not encoutered problem.
Experience brings the knowledge on typical solutions to choose in frequently occuring similar problems.
So, if you want to decide which is more important, you have to know what kind of problems are typically to be solved on the specific job.
Therefore, in research, for example, intelligence is far more important, while in routine tasks, experience brings usually effectiveness and risk avoidance. Obviously, there are no absolute requirements for one or another. They should normally be used both.
"Experience", obviously.
Because looking at one's experience and the way he/she handles things, you can judge his/her Intelligence.
Intelligence is Subjective. Unless really put to use at the right time, right place, it yields nothing fruitful !
People who answers:( intelligence) believe they are so and they can got experience by time
I think this question jogs how much we suppose ourselves intelligence
Experiance makes peoples more intelligent or we can say that experiance makes people perfect so that if people is already intelligent then he/ she can solve the problem..so according to me firstly intelligency is important..
being60 % Intelligent and40% Experienced, can give you a real advancement in your career path, I don't want to say70% :30%....0r80% :20%......just60% :40% is accepted.
there several types of intelligence, I think nearly9 types of intelligence
