How can you say an electrical equipments or materials are in good quality?

There are two ways to check quality of electrical Equipent.

1. Visual

2. Power Test

1. In visual inspection, we check ,

Is component/equipment properly neat & clean?

Is component/equipment properly dress up or packed?

Is there no any corrosion or rust found?

if answer of these question is YES , then you can pass the eqiumpent visually.

2. Through Power Test, we analyze the capabilty of the componet /equipment, Every componet/euipment have there Max rating, we test it near its max rating & calculate its effiecency, if it pass the test then we can say, component/equipment is in good quality
