The accounting is the language of business. It is the process of recording, reporting, and analyzing the financial transaction of the business.

On the other side the finance as a term is the study of money management. How the business allocate money and invest it to get the best return. Finance is concerned about allocating money in specific investement project with the lowest risk and in a very short time possible to get return from this investement
