personally i don't find a real reason that leads women to leave their work and career only health because with the work, she can be independant with strong personality, self satisfaction and more confidence. She can be a good member for the country when she applies her competencies.
also, she can leave the work when she want to relocate and change for a good opportunity
I think the top5 reasons are:
1- Children and personal life
2- no chance to get higher positions
3- problems with co-workers
4- no challenge at work
5- looking for another career field
1) Financial stability after marriage if spouse is earning well or rich.
2) Maternity & family concerns & expectations.
3) To accompany husbands if working at a far location.
4) Harrassment or exploitation at work .
5) Non-flexible work hours, excessive tours or travels and extended working hours which may be a cause of insecurity & inconvenience.
The most famous reason is that Women can't create balance between their family/kids and work so in most cases they quit their work
Second reason is searching for better career that fit with their qualification and abilities
Next is sexual harassment at work places
After that comes the unequal dealing between men and women in work and rewards.
1.profession teachers, doctors can prolong 2. after marriage 3. family restriction 4. working hours 5. work enviroment
I think they leave for the same reasons mens do. Women are in a better position to provide women's specific reasons.
TOP5 REASONS WOMEN LEAVE THEIR CAREER
1,) Women love to take care their own family especially when their are kids
2.) If a women worker is the breadwinner of the family she seeks high pay job
3.) Conflicts between the boss or co-workers
4.) Bullying in the work place
5.) Unequal treatment bet. women and men in the work place
Thanks for asking Dear sir.
In my opinion the answer would vary from society to society and even within a society from class to class. In my part of the world, the society is still not transformed to a level where gender has no role to play in an individuals available options. (I wonder if any society in world has trully reached that stage) So in my part of the world, women would most likely leave their career at some stage due to
1. Having to give more time to family
2. When asked to move (shift to another location/city) by the employee, it still is not an accepted norm for a male spouse to move with his wife as much it is for a female spouse to do so with her husband
3. Having to move with her husband
4. Long period of absence due to maternity issues
5. Social pressures
